Morna Tudor
Mid Life - No Crisis

Tudor began experimenting with paradise paints in the spring of 1991 and developed a body of work using the vessel as a vehicle for her own version of abstract expressionism. These painted pieces are technically demanding and require a considerable investment in time - often up to two weeks or more.

Blown glass blank, reverse painted with high temperature enamels, reheated, gathered over and blown out using Incalmo technique.
